The Brazilian forward signed a four-year contract with Al Nassr on Friday and will join the club in January next year.
Neymar has been with Paris Saint-Germain since joining them in 2017 from Barcelona for a then-world record fee of €222 million ($248 million).
He scored 95 goals in 166 appearances for PSG and helped them win three Ligue 1 titles and one Champions League title during his time at the club.

Neymar's move to Al Nassr comes after a long wait for the player to finally make a decision about his future.
The 28-year-old had initially planned to sign a new contract with PSG but eventually decided against it due to personal reasons.
The Brazilian has not played for PSG this season as he underwent surgery on his knee earlier this year.
Now, with the move to Al Nassr complete, Neymar can focus on helping the club achieve their goals for the upcoming season.
